Having trouble downloading or opening the app? Here are the most common issues and fixes:

App not showing in App Store or Play Store
Peacock is a US-only service. If your App Store or Play Store account is registered outside the US (Pakistan, India, UK, Canada), the app may not appear. You will need a US-based account to download it officially.
Download stuck or not completing
Check your internet connection — switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data. On Android, clear the Play Store cache: Settings → Apps → Google Play Store → Clear Cache. On iPhone, restart the device and try again.
App crashes immediately after opening
Make sure your device meets the minimum requirements (iOS 14+ or Android 5.0+). Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Also ensure your device OS is fully up to date.
Video buffering or not playing
A stable connection of at least 8 Mbps is recommended for HD. Move closer to your router or lower video quality in the app: Profile icon → Settings → Video Quality → select a lower option.
